About LincSushi

  My love for sushi and Japanese cuisine began many years ago when I lived in Poland. I have always had a great passion for cooking, so decided to follow my path and develop the art of making sushi. I had an opportunity to work with one of the sushi masters- Matayoshi Haraguchi, and he taught me everything about the secret techniques of making the best sushi. I was a keen learner and soon, was able to prepare sushi from scratch.After receiving training in 2007, I opened my sushi bar. Sometime later, my family situation changed and we decided to move to the UK.I have moved houses several times, but finally, in 2014 I settled down in beautiful old historical Lincoln. The journey was not only from one country to another country but also from county to county. During all that time my passion for making sushi was thriving, despite the adverse circumstances.  

LincSushi's menu focuses on fresh fish and diverse Japanese dishes. Our menu has remained in conversation with its Japanese and Eastern flare while marrying it to our European roots. Our Master Sushi Chef Agnes and her team enjoy researching trends and emerging ingredients to bring our customers new experiences. The menu offers standard sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Miso Soup.  In addition to our sushi, we offer popular gyoza, Karaage chicken and Tonkatsu pork to round out the menu sure to please all diners. We are edible art to marvel at. We remember that gourmets are not only traditionalists but also vegetarians and vegans, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available too.
