My love for sushi began years ago in Poland, where my passion for cooking first took root. That passion grew when I trained under Sushi Master Matayoshi Haraguchi, who introduced me to the craft’s subtle techniques and traditions. By 2007 I was preparing sushi from scratch with confidence and opened my own sushi bar.

Life brought changes, and my family and I later moved to the UK. After several moves, I finally settled in the historic city of Lincoln in 2014. Through every transition, my dedication to sushi has never faded—it continues to thrive and inspire my work today.

What brings me the greatest joy now is sharing that journey with the people of Lincoln, creating food that connects cultures and brings people together around the table.

At LincSushi, our menu celebrates the freshness of Japanese cuisine while blending in a touch of European influence. Led by Master Sushi Chef Agnes, our team is always exploring new trends and ingredients to bring exciting experiences to the table.

You’ll find classics such as sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and miso soup, alongside favourites like gyoza, karaage chicken, and tonkatsu pork; dishes crafted to delight every diner. We see sushi as edible art: something to savour with both the eyes and the taste buds.

We cater to all preferences, offering vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. Orders are available for delivery through Deliveroo, or for collection via FoodHub. We also provide bespoke catering for private events and weddings.
