With over 20 years of experience, Agnes first discovered her love for sushi in Poland before training under Sushi Master Matayoshi Haraguchi. After opening her own sushi bar and later settling in Lincoln in 2014, she now shares her expertise and passion through teaching, bringing people together around the craft and culture of sushi.
